Employment Consultancy Services provide a professional employment consultancy service to Peninsula clients designed to ensure compliance both with employment legislation and HR best practice. We have a team of highly experienced employment law consultants who are on hand to assist with your employment documentation queries. We fully understand the challenges businesses face each day and we are here to support you.
On signing for our service we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your Employment Law Consultant to discuss your terms and conditions of employment and create your bespoke employee documentation. Following these discussions your documentation will be available to you through your online portal.
The documentation we provide includes the following:
Ø Employee Handbooks
Ø Statement of the main terms of employment
Ø Bespoke policies
Ø Apprenticeship documentation
Ø Training agreement
Ø Restrictive covenant
Ø Self employed service contracts
Ø Casual worker documentation
Ø Agency worker service contracts
Ø Management Guide
Ø Employment Stationery
Once your documentation is finalised we will arrange a consultancy visit with your local Employment Law Field Consultant in order to assist you in the issue of the documents to your employees. We understand that you may not have issued this type of documentation before and your local consultant is on hand to support, guide and advise in this regard.
We will contact you annually to offer a consultancy visit during which your local consultant will review your documentation and advise on any updates which may be required. This visit also gives you the opportunity to discuss any additional clauses or amendments you may wish to include. At this visit we will also audit your employee files and provide a report with any recommendations we feel are necessary to ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice. Please contact us on 0844 892 2496 or email employmentconsultancyservices@peninsula-uk.com and we will make arrangements for your local employment law field consultant to visit.
Our office based consultants are on hand between visits to assist you by responding to your requests for additional employment documentation or stationery items such as employee files which are not suitable to download from the portal.
Our weekly complimentary webinars are very popular and full details of the schedule and subjects covered can be found later in the newsletter. Each week we email all clients for whom we have an email address, an invitation to join a webinar with a link which allows you to register. If you are not receiving these emails please contact us on peninsulawebinartraining@peninsula-uk.com and we will add you to the mailing list. The training is suitable for everyone with an interest in employment law or HR therefore if you have any employees who would benefit from the complimentary training please forward their email address and we will include them in the invites. Please quote your unique client account number in any correspondence.
I welcome feedback on any contact you have with the department and following visits or contact with the office you will be asked to complete a survey to provide feedback on your experience. This feedback is important to us in order that we can ensure we are providing the best possible service. Please contact me if you wish to give feedback but have not received a survey and assure you I will respond.
